Your personal data are processed on the basis of the general regulation on personal data processing as of 27 April 2016 for the following purposes: order delivery – pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 letter b, marketing – pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 letter a, communication – pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 letter a, newsletter subscription – pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 letter a.

When personal data are processed based on consent, you have the right to modify the scope of processing or withdraw your consent at any time. Consent withdrawal does not influence legal compliance of processing performed with your consent prior to its withdrawal.

DISKUS Polska Sp. z o.o. is a company delivering app for degausser ProDevice ASM240. All references in this policy to “DISKUS Polska”, “our”, “us” or “we” refer to DISKUS Polska Sp. z o.o. with permises on the Kościuszki 1, 32-020 Wieliczka, Poland. All references in this policy to “app” are to our app that is available to download on mobile devices operating on Android system.


We collect the content and other information you provide when you use our app. We collect information from or about the smart phones, tablets or other devices where you install or access our app. We may associate the information we collect from your different devices, which helps us provide consistent services across your devices.
